With deepest sorrow, we announce the passing of Babette G. Haber, Bobbi, on May 30, 2026. She grew up in the Turkey Creek, Security, and Widefield areas and graduated from Widefield High School. She went on to college and received her business degree then pursued her career in finance. She spent her time in Durango, Arizona, Mexico (for a short period) and back to Colorado Springs.
Bobbi was an amazing mother, friend, and wife. She loved to cook, listen to music, dance, paint, draw, and express her creativity in all forms. She was a gentle, kind soul—an elegant and classy woman who brought warmth and joy to those around her. She especially cherished time spent with her family and always greeted others with a bright, welcoming smile.
She had a deep love for life and for the people she held close. Bobbi was incredibly hardworking and intelligent, and she would do anything to support and care for those she loved.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Fraijo; her brother Guy Stafford (Charlan), her daughter, Amity Herrera (James); her stepchildren Kevin Haber (Lauren), Amy Haber and Jennifer Fraijo (Davey), her grandchildren, Garrett Conine (Cassandra), Matthew, Zach, Neil, Dax, Seth, McKenzie, Ian, Issac and Gabe; and her great-grandchildren, Carter, Ivy, Sophia, and several other great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews and friends.
She will be deeply and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
