Michael lived a simple life filled with simple pleasures. The absolute love of his life was his wife, Susie, with whom he shared 44 years of a beautiful, cherished marriage and a lifetime of wonderful memories.
Michael served his country in the Army from 1962-1965 as a Russian interpreter while stationed in Japan. After the Army, his career path led him to become a manager in telecommunications in Northern California for 33 years.
An avid fan of the silver screen, Michael loved nothing more than spending an afternoon going to the movies. He was also a passionate collector of die-cast model cars, with a particular affection and sharp eye for Ferraris.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Susie, and sister in-laws, Shirley Lindom and Norma Shirley. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In accordance with Michael's wishes, no formal memorial services will be held.
