I worked with Sharon and she was one of my favorite people. She was always extremely kind, smart, and witty. She was like a grandmother to me. When I heard of her passing I was very shaken. She offered me an ear in a dire time of need. I always enjoyed my conversations with Sharon. She will be missed greatly, my heart goes out to her family and friends.

It is incredibly difficult to find the right words when you lose someone who has been part of your life and your memories for so many years.
Sharon and I became friends during our school days, and some of my happiest memories are of the summers we spent together. We would set off early in the morning on our bikes, pack a picnic and disappear for the day. There were no mobile phones and no checking in — just one simple rule: be home by dark.
We would ride for miles, enjoying that wonderful freedom of being young and having the whole summer day ahead of us.
Sharon loved animals more than anyone I knew. If we passed sheep or cows on our bike rides, she always wanted to stop, but finding horses was the absolute best. There was simply no riding past them where Sharon was concerned!
And, of course, there was Honey, her beloved Corgi. Sharon adored Honey, as we all did, and when I picture Sharon during those childhood years, Honey is very much part of those memories too.
There is something especially difficult about losing an old school friend. They are part of your history. They knew a younger version of you that few people in your life today ever knew, and they share memories of a time that can never be recreated.
I am heartbroken that Sharon is no longer here, but so grateful that she was part of my life. I will treasure the memories of our friendship, our laughter, those long summer days, bike rides and picnics forever.
I hope somewhere there are endless country lanes for you, Sharon, with plenty of sheep, cows and horses along the way.
And most of all, I hope Honey was waiting for you.

My condolences are with you and your family. I worked with Sharon very closely and she would always make my day brighter. She was such a joy to have a conversation with. She was very much like a second mom to me and she will be very missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

Dear Mrs. Sharon,
It breaks my heart to know that you're no longer with us. You held such a special place in my heart, and it is so hard to imagine coming to work and not seeing you over in the Toys Department, chasing all those teenagers with that smile and determination that was so uniquely you.

I will always remember calling you my "England Rose." It was my special nickname for you, and it always made me smile. You had such a kind heart, a wonderful sense of humor, and a way of making everyone around you feel welcome.

Thank you for your kindness, your dedication, and all the memories we shared while working together. Your presence made every day brighter, and your absence will be deeply felt. You will always hold a special place in my heart.

Rest in peace, my sweet England Rose. I will miss you more than words can say, and I will carry your memory with me always.
