Kenneth lived a life defined by service, love, and faith. He dedicated over 25 years to protecting and serving his community as a member of the Holland Police Department. A proud veteran, Kenneth also served his country in the military. In retirement, he and his beloved wife of 65 years, Annette, devoted two decades to disaster relief work with the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee (CRWRC), touching countless lives across the nation with their compassion and dedication.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Annette; his three children: Sandra Bouman, Kathy and David Doyle, and Douglas Gebben; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Marcia Zoerman (Larry) and Mary Jo DeVries (Jack), as well as his sisters-in-law Kaye (Hubert) and Josie Windemuller. Kenneth’s servant heart and steadfast faith left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
Though deeply missed, Kenneth’s family and friends find comfort in knowing he is now at peace in his Savior’s arms. His memory will continue to inspire those blessed to have shared in his remarkable life.
