Kelly was 12 years old when Chuck brought me home to visit his family. All day long, Kelly would follow her big brother around asking to play Gin Rummy. We ended up playing several hands that day. Kelly and Chuck taught me how to play "Pididdle" - looking for burnt out head lights. Chuck also enjoyed embarrassing his baby sister by going to Dairy Queen and asking for her, calling out her "favorite" nickname that Chuck had given to her. 

Kelly was a wonderful giving person who always had a smile and a hug for whoever needed one. She is missed.

Kelly was the strongest person that I know. She always had such a positive outlook even when facing the most difficult situations. She LOVED her entire family more than anything in this world.  
I remember when she was first diagnosed and was losing her hair. She allowed me to go with her to get her hair cut.  I offered to be a backup on going with her to her appointments, but she would always say "No, Chris is going with me!" She had the most supportive husband- Chris and daughter- Diana!
I think of Kelly every day and remember her smile and she always made me laugh. I can truly say that Kelly was a great co worker, but she was my FRIEND! Kelly I miss you and love you! 

Kelly was a one of a kind person with a genuine loving heart.  I consider  it an honor and privilege to have known her and worked along side her at DSS for many years. Everyone who knew her at DSS loved and respected her. She was so positive and encouraging to others.  To know Kelly was to love her.   Her courage to fight her illness was like no one I have ever met before. She will truly be missed. Rest in peace sweet friend. 

Kelly came into our lives when she met my son, Chris. She was so easy to love and was immediately accepted by all.  We are so blessed to have watched their love grow through the years.  Kelly  always  had a positive outlook in all things in her life, and had a big heart.  She was a special daughter-in-law, great wife to Chris,  a spectacular mom and friend to Diana, and loving and doting grandma to Ashlyn, Jackson, and Walker.  I respect her so much for her strength and courage.    
Kelly you will always remain in our hearts and memories.   We miss you!❤

Kelly was in my 3rd grade Sunday School class that I taught. She was quiet and shy. But she had the most expressive big eyes. Little didI know she would be my “ daughter”.  She gave me the privilege of making her wedding dress, she let me hold her baby moments after she arrived, she accepted me to love her daddy.  I loved her deeply.

I knew Kelly from my many years at DSS. Not a co-worker but I was her tech support for all her computer equipment. I remember her as a kind soul, with a great sense of humor. Very patient person especially during the times we had tough issues. She will be missed by many people. Rest in peace Kelly. You made a mark on so many.

Kelly is the reason I finally got my first mammogram. I only knew her from seeing her smile in the hallways here at work, but when she first told us about her mammogram, I scheduled mine and haven't missed one since. 

I'm so sorry for your loss. While I didn't know her well, it's obvious from what I've been hearing at the office that she was a beautiful person and very much loved. 

I met Kelly when she moved into an office across the hall from me. Kelly was always patient and kind with the multitude of questions I had for her.  She always had a smile on her face. 
She is missed, definitely leaving a hole in the DSS family.
I know Kelly is now at peace <3

At the age 15, I had the opportunity to go to Slovakia with my aunt Kelly, uncle Chris, and grandpa. One particular day my aunt and I went to an ice cream shop, and then we went back about 5 more times in a span of an hour. One of the best memories I have with her. 

We loved Kelly very much and will always remember her sweet spirit and her great laugh♥️... She was always  positive and happy and fun to be around and she made the best cookies in the world!! Our thoughts and prayers are for you all and we send our love♥️
