Mary Ruth Coalson, age 81, of Bon Aqua, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023.

Mrs. Mary Coalson, known to her friends as “Peggy”, left this earth for her home in glory on April 23, 2023. Peggy was a devoted friend, wife, mother, “Mammaw”, and Christian. She took pride in her home, loved flowers, and enjoyed visiting with friends and family. The family would like to thank Caris Hospice for the excellent care that allowed Peggy to pass at home peacefully with her loved ones there.

Mrs. Mary “Peggy” Coalson is survived by her son, Michael (Tammy) Coalson, her granddaughter, Michelle (John) Crites, her grandson, Nathan Coalson, great-grandchildren Dorothy (Jordan) Jackson, Gabrielle Schmittou, Mark "M.J." Schmittou, Dylan Crites, and Isabella Crites, a sister-in-law Joan, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Coalson was preceded in death by her Husband of 61 years, Robert Coalson, son Tyree Coalson, and a great grandson, Nicholas Schmittou, her sister Ida Mae Parker, her brothers, Toby Turner, Jesse Turner, and Johnny Turner.
