Karl Artie Jones Sr., age 81, of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the age of 81. Karl was born on September 05, 1943, in Warren, MI to the late, Artie and Karolina Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Jones, his sister, Priscilla Taylor and his granddaughter, Rebecca Etheridge.
Papa grew up in Hazel Park Michigan, where he graduated from Hazel Park High School
He was involved with several sports as an adult: baseball, basketball and Teaching as a Blackbelt in Karate.
Papa is by his loving wife, Sharon Jones; his children, Karl Jones Jr (Bobbi), Kandace Etheridge, Tamara Jones (Katie); his grandchildren, Dennis (Cindy), Kristine, Jae (Mallory), Karl lll., Krystal (Adam), Abby, and Charlie; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Christopher, Anastasia, Zakery, Jackson, Maelynn, Rylie, Maddox and Raven.
