Judith Ann Stockwell

Judith Ann Stockwell age 71 born in DuBois, PA, on May 18, 1947. Daughter of George and Joan Sheetz passed away peacefully on September 28 with her children Peter Geisler, Kimberly Hammond and Heidi Carlsonby her side.

She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Stockwellon December 14, 2017. She is survived by stepson Patrick (Patty) Stockwell, stepdaughters Terese Burkett, Celeste (Doug) Barnes, Kathleen (Brian) Haggerty, sister-in-law JoAnne(Dennis) Joy, brother George (Vicki) Scheetz and sister Catherine (Wayne) MacDonald, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Judy worked for the US Postal Service, the IRS, and the CIA serving our country in many parts of the world. Judy enjoyed playing piano, crocheting, growing and canning vegetables and working in the yard. She was very active in her church and bible study groups. She enjoyed being with family and friends. Judy was a member of the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Madisonville, TN, where a celebration of Life Mass will be held at 11:00 am on November 10. Burial will be with her husband James Stockwell in Arlington National Cemetery.
