James A. Stockwell, age 82 passed away on December 14th. Born in St. Clair, MI. Son of Lawrence and Isabelle Stockwell. Survived by wife Judith A. Stockwell, son Patrick (Patty), daughters Terese (Rob), Celeste (Doug), Kathleen (Brian), and stepson Peter, stepdaughters Kimberly and Heidi, fifteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one sister Jo Ann. He was a computer program manager in private industry doing federal government work which took him to many cities in the United States. He enjoyed working with wood -- building and completing homes, making furniture and instruments, and wood carving. He raised quarter horses and restored old clocks. Also, he was a very good singer and pianist and was a member of St Joseph the Worker Catholic church. Most of all, he loved God and his family. A Mass has been scheduled for January 13th at 11:00am and will be held at the Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church at 649 Old Tellico Hwy N. in Madisonville, TN.
