Clarence Andrew Roberts III

July 7, 1952 – January 13,2020

Clarence Andrew “Butch” Roberts III, age 67, passed away on January 13, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence A. “Corky” Roberts Jr., and his mother, Bennie Juanita Roberts.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Brenda Roberts; son, Brian (Angie) Roberts; daughter Andrea (Alvin) Brown; grandchildren, Alissa Roberts, Avery Roberts, Caleb West, Dawson Roberts, Addison West, Brianna West, and Mason Brown.

Butch had a great love for God, his family and his church. He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, TN. He also enjoyed his careers and made friends in every place he worked. He is retired from NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN, where he was employed as a Surgical First Assistant.

On Saturday, January 18, 2020, friends and family will gather at Parkway Baptist Church, 505 Cunniff Pkwy, Goodlettsville, TN., from 12:00 noon till 2:00 pm for family visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will then follow, with Pastor Ken Castleberry officiating.

The family requests that any memorial contributions be made to the missions program at Parkway Baptist Church.
