A native Nashvillian, she was preceded in death by beloved parents Carl and Blanche Temple and brother, Steve Temple. She graduated from David Lipscomb High School and David Lipscomb College, where she met her husband, Robert E. (Gene) Brosky. They married in 1963, and she worked as an elementary school teacher before their two children came along. Camille was exceptionally supportive of the many extracurricular activities her daughters enjoyed. She was their Girl Scout troop leader, team mom, carpool driver, and biggest fan. Camille loved Nashville and its history. She served as a tour guide for Gray Line Tours, wearing a cowboy hat, cowboy boots, and western attire to the delight of tourists. She also worked for Castner-Knott and later for the Rains Avenue Christian Care Center, an outreach ministry of Hillsboro Church of Christ. She proudly doted on her "grandchildren of the heart", Kate and Sara Agee. She loved caring for and bonding with them on “Millie” days. Sadly, a November 2022 stroke took her vitality and a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease drained her further. Camille will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her family, her church family and her close friends. She is survived by her husband, Gene, daughters Lelia (Lea) and Lenore (Len), her sister, Marleen Temple, her sister-in-law, Mary Ruth Temple, her niece Lauren Steidl (Joel), nephew Adam Temple (Brooke) and six grand-nieces and nephews. The family sends a heartfelt thank you to the Nursing staff of Lakeshore The Meadows, Pat Ammonette, Becky Pardue, Alice Baker, and Aloma Avant for their care over her final years. A memorial service will be held September 12, 2026, at Hillsboro Church of Christ at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hillsboro Church of Christ or any charity of your choice.
