

With deep love and sorrow, the family of James A Correll announces his passing on June 28, 2026, at the age of 82. A beloved resident of Centerville, Idaho, James will be remembered for the steady kindness, quiet strength, and genuine care he showed to family, friends, and neighbors throughout his life.
Born in Kansas and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, James attended Twin Falls High School and later joined the Navy.
Throughout his career as an Area Maintenance Tech with the US Postal Service James earned the respect of those around him through his dedication, integrity, and dependable work ethic. Away from work, he especially enjoyed hunting and golfing, pastimes that brought him joy and gave him time to make lasting memories with the people he loved.
Those who knew James will remember his steady presence, his great stories, warm smile, and the way he was always ready to lend a hand. He had a generous spirit and a way of making others feel welcome. He leaves behind a legacy of love and loyalty that will not be forgotten.
James is lovingly survived by his wife, Maryann; sons Woody (Tammy) and Johnny (Fai); grandchildren Justin, Johnny, KristyAnn, Raymond and James; great grandchildren Declan, Ronnell, Rebeccah, Mateo, Skyler and Ryleigh. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Florence; his brother, Virgil; his sister, Lois Marie, and granddaughter, Elizabeth.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
Though he will be deeply missed, James’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
