It is with great sadness to announce the unexpected passing of Steven Alan Omdal, resident of Burlington and lifetime resident of Skagit County. Steven served as the Port of Skagit Commissioner since 2012.
Steven predeceased his long time partner, Kathy Okawa; and his sister, Sharleen Omdal; and nephew, Joe Bailey.
