She is survived by her brother, George Toal of Montrose, CO, and sister, Sharon Meshew of Richardson, her children, Kevin Franks of Seguin, and Elizabeth Powell of Austin. Peggy “Meems” is also survived by her grandkids, Hudson Franks and Walker Franks, Mary Elizabeth Powell, AnnaCatherine Powell, and Vaughn Powell II. She leaves behind many cousins and loved ones, including her sister-in-law, Rebecca Toal, whom she cared for dearly.
The family extends their appreciation to the doctors and nurses of Texas Oncology and St. David’s Medical Center for their compassionate care of Peggy and her family.
