Oscar Abel Cuellar of Cedar Park, TX passed away on Monday at the age of 75. He was born on October 8th, 1947 in Brownsville, TX where he grew up and retired with the US Army in Ft.Bliss,TX. Oscar was a Husband, Brother ,Father and Grandfather. He is survived by his wife Susie Cuellar, his 3 children Oscar Jr, Erika, and Gabriel, and 14 Grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend at Ft. Sam Houston National cemetery on November 20th at 11:15 am. Visitation with the family will begin after the ceremony.
