Joel Lewis Hargrove

Joel Lewis Hargrove passed away on 4-2-2018. He was a Marine Veteran of WW2 and was 91 years old. Proceeded in death by the love of his life and wife of almost 60 years Betty K. Hargrove. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and others who knew him. A former resident of Dallas upon retiring moved to West Lake Hills, TX.

He is survived by his 6 children. Sons: David Hargrove of Reno, NV, Nick and Anne Roberts of Terlinqua, TX, Eddie and Shane Hargrove of Dallas, TX, Daughters:

Clara and Kent Yarwood of Dallas, TX

Cindy and John Hanly of West Lake Hills, TX, Lois and Arthur Albertus of Grand Prairie, TX, 13 Grandchildren:

Elissa Johnson, Nicholas Roberts, Jason Hargrove, James Hargrove, Sami Hargrove, Randi Hargrove, Gwen Hargrove, Donnie Bartlett, Tonya Bartlett, Christopher Bartlett, Dahlia Hanly, Beth Vandergrift, and Kenda Cunningham. 20 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren. He leaves behind his German Shepherd Gretchen (Greta) who he loved also. A Military Salute and a Celebration of his life is being planned for a later date.
