With family by his side, Jim Keathley Milligan passed away on April 3, 2017 at the age of 72. An army veteran and business owner for over 30 years, Jim always strove to enjoy life with friends and family. Whether he was fishing, camping, or just meddling in the garden, he was most comfortable spending his free time outdoors. When confined within four walls, he was certain to be enjoying a game of darts or pool at the local watering hole or managing his robust stamp collection at home. Coffee and a big glass of milk. Beer and cigarettes. Casual, snap-down shirts and a white mustache. Slow to anger, humble, good-natured. All the images and qualities of this beloved man who will be remembered by his wife, Carolyn, three children, Keath, Cristy, and Jenny, brother Clide, and many others he touched over the years with his simple affections and good nature. Memorial service to be held on April 7, 2017 at Johnson Park, Pavilion #1, 230 S Ave J, Marble Falls, Texas at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Brain Tumor Association of America (www.abta.org). Come as you are. It's how Jim would want it.
