Jeffery Fredrick Byrd

Jeff was married to Hiromi Tojo Byrd for 29 years. He was the father of Ai Amy Byrd.

Jeff graduated from Westwood High School in Round Rock, Texas. He studied media production and graphic design at Austin Community College and graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After graduation, he worked on multiple projects in graphic design, web design, media production, and even on home improvement and remodeling. He also helped his friend with his startup company and worked for a packaging testing company as well.

Jeff enjoyed helping others, including his friends, families, neighbors, the communities at his daughter’s schools, and sometimes strangers. He was known as a super handyman in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and auto-mechanics. He was also a skilled baker and spent a lot of time baking with his daughter when she was little.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, uncle, James Byrd, and aunt, Nanci Magill Totah.

He is survived by his wife; daughter; brothers, Scott Byrd, Chipper Byrd, and Cary Byrd; uncle, Patrick Magill and his wife Linda; his uncle’s wife, Susie Byrd (James); cousins, Keith Byrd, Shane Byrd, Chance Byrd, Jimi Cagle, Shaun Magill, and Natalie Magill.
