Barry grew up with so many wonderful memories of his childhood with you—from the holidays at your home to all the special visits together. You encouraged him with so much love and support throughout the years, and I know how grateful he was for that.

Through Barry’s stories, I have come to know you and love you, too. When our first child Alyssa  was born, we were lucky enough to bring her to North Carolina to meet you. While we were there, you made her the cutest little pink hat with tulle and flowers. That little hat hung on her bedroom door throughout her entire childhood. I’m so thankful I still have it, because every time I see it, I’m reminded of how special that memory—and you—are to our family.

We are also so thankful that you visited us in Jacksonville, where we were able to spend some much-needed family time together, not only with us but with your sisters as well. 
Those are memories we will always cherish.

Uncle Fred was such a talented man. He had an incredible gift for decorating and could take anything and make it absolutely amazing. His creativity, kindness, and love will never be forgotten.

Barry and I, along with our kids, will miss you. Thank you for all the memories, love, and kindness you gave our family.

Rest easy, Uncle Fred, and please watch over all those you love. You will always have a very special place in our hearts. ❤️

My brother was one of the most talented people on this planet. He could do anything and do it well. We were very close as young kids and he taught me a lot about style and decorating. He was my hero. I love him so much.  M
