

He attended St. Thomas High School and graduated from the University of Houston School of Pharmacy. He was a Viet Nam Era Veteran and served at Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio where he met Susan, also a Veteran. They married on May 16, 1975 and celebrated 50 years together last year. After the military, he continued to serve Veterans at the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center retiring in 2005. He worked a short time at MHMRA and fully retired from pharmacy in 2010 when they moved to the family ranch in Smithville, TX. There he spent his days doing what he loved: working with his animals. Will was quick-witted and ready to make a joke. He faced life with humor, strength, determination, and heart.
Will is survived by his wife, Susan; his son and daughter-in-law, James and Gia and their children: David, Daniel, and Gemma; daughter-in-law, Bobbie Findley and her children: Max and Penelope; sister-in-law, Gwen Findley; and nieces and nephews: Clark, Kaylen, Michael, Kristen, and Tricia.
He is preceded in death by parents J Walton and Eileen Findley; son, William W Findley; brother, Michael W Findley; sister, Joyce E Findley; mother- and father-in-law, Mary and Bill Hurley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or Tunnel-to-Towers.
