Donna Jean Tenery

Donna Pevey Tenery, 73, of Austin peacefully passed away on August 11, 2016 surrounded by her family. After a full career of working for federal, state, and county offices, she retired to enjoy life with her husband Charles and her pets among her vibrant gardens.Donna is survived by Charles, her daughters Virginia (Michael) Ming, Sally (Anthony) Barrese, Katrina (Carlos) Tello, and her son Bill Fowler, along with her siblings Scott Pevey, Chris Pevey, and Leslie Pevey. She is also survived by her extended family of Lisa Pevey, Michael (Debbie) Meyer, Cindy Meyer, Karl (Cynthia) Meyer, KB (Salvatore) Bartone, Paula (Jesse) Shrum, and Charles Tenery Jr. She had 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.Donna was the eldest child of Irene and Bill Pevey, who preceded her in death, along with her brother Ron Pevey, and grandson Thomas Smethers.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 @ 11:00 A.M. at Vision of Hope, 6210 Richardson Lane, Austin, TX 78741.
