Ruby Nell Yarbrough

Mrs. Yarbrough was born in Floyd County Georgia on April 18, 1938. Daughter of the late Frank Freeman and Gladys Logan Freeman. She was preceded in death by her brothers Carl Freeman and Alvin Freeman.

Mrs. Yarbrough began her working career at the Big Apple in the late 1950’s. She also held such jobs as bookkeeper, florist, receptionist, and secretary. She was a talented seamstress and loved making arts and crafts of all kinds.

Survivors include husband of 62 years, James (Jim) Yarbrough, daughters, Vicki Shaw (Tommy), and Kelli Melton (Michael). Grandchildren Mallory Colston (Alan), Logan Osborne (Lauren), Chase Melton and Rachel Melton. Great Grandchildren Nora Osborne, Anderson Colston, Harrison Osborne, and Maggie Colston. Also survived by brother Olin Freeman, sister MaryAnn Crawford and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Yarbrough will be cremated and a private gathering of immediate family will be held at a later date.
