Dear Linda I am sending my sincere condolences to you & your family at this sad time & want you to know how your Mom touched my life .She was for sure the best friend a girl could have at JMHS. I remember many times spent in her Nurses Office just for talks & and support ,didn't mater what the problem,She always made it better by taking time to listen . She was the best ! Mrs. Ten Eyck was a very special person. She was loving and understanding. She was more than just our school nurse, she was a friend. She always had time to hear us out and give us guidance. She was a Friend. Loved and admired you back then and still do today. I'm thankful for all your good advice. You will be missed. Until we meet again. Rest in Peace. My most sincere condolences to Mrs. Ten Eyck's husband, family, friends, and loved ones. She was very much a mentor and also a loving and humorous aunt-like figure to me and many others at Jackson Memorial. The time she devoted to HOSA on advising, coaching, and chaperoning us to regional and national competitions had a big impact on me and broadened my horizons in so many ways during my junior and senior years. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her. Rest in peace.

Mrs. Ten Eyck was a wonderful woman and one of my favorite people in Jackson Memorial High School. She will be missed.

Mrs. TenEyck, or Mrs. T as we fondly called her, was so very special to me. I was blessed the day I joined HOSA at Jackson Memorial High School because I met an inspirational woman who encouraged me and many others to take on leadership roles and to be the best we could be. Her smile and personality would light up the room when she entered. She had an abundance of energy, a fun spirit, and a deep love of her husband and family that I have always admired. I will always love her and keep a place in my heart for Mrs. T. I send my deepest sympathies to her husband Howard and the rest of her family and friends. She is surely an angel in Heaven watching over you all. 

Mrs. Ten Eyck was such a calm and steady presence at our school. She was a person who exuded grace. Sometimes, on days I wasn't feeling well, just spending a few minutes talking with her was all the boost I needed to go back to class and make it through the rest of the day. I know she is remembered fondly by thousands of students. My condolences to Linda and the rest of the family  and thank you for sharing your mom with us over the past few years and allowing us to keep in touch. My thoughts are with you in your loss, but also with you in hope and faith as you celebrate a life well lived.

As our HOSA advisor at Jackson Memorial High School, Mrs. TenEyck was a wonderful mentor, guidance counselor and teacher. She pushed us, she supported us and ultimately brought out our best. She will be missed.

She was an inspiration to my mother ( Rosemary Milan ) who modeled her career after her as a school nurse at Avon Middle School . My years at Jackson High School were happy days and she was always kind and gracious to me. I send my sympathies to the Ten Eyk family.

Mrs. Ten Eyck was an amazing woman. I spent many hours in her office as an aide during high school.  She was also my Girl Scout Leader.  She took the time to listen to our problems and concerns.  She could always make you laugh when you felt down.  I also spent a lot of time there after my horse accident when it was difficult to walk. She was a blessing to all of us in high school.

Mrs. TenEyck and the future nurses club was the reason I went into the medical field. Mrs. T was an inspiration to many. My deepest sympathies to the family & may you find comfort in knowing how much she was loved.

What a wonderful woman. I spent many hours in her office. She took me under her wing, and that I am thankful for. RIP until we meet again.

Jessie was always loving and caring to me. I remember her dearly as my school nurse and as a dear friend of my parents.  Jessie and Howard were good friends with my late parents Eleanor and Herb Luehrs.  My sincere sympathy is with all of you.

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of mrs. Ten Eyck. She was a wonderful woman. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family.

My condolences to Jessie, family and friends. I have a few great memories of my favorite high-school nurse but the one that stands out the most goes as follows:  I was not a fan of square dancing in H.S it was just not me.  I remember going to the nurses station and complaining that I felt warm like I had a fever.  She took my temperature,  looked at me and said 98.6 dosey doe, we both laughed an as it turned out, my partner was Valerie Pesca in which I had a H.S crush on, worked out perfect, thank you Jessie. RIP
