William J Jungbauer

William Joseph Jungbauer, Sr. Died peacefully at home in Colorado Springs on 4/10/2017. Bill was born and raised in Minnesota and was the second to the youngest of eight children born to Margaret (Willequette) and John P Jungbauer. Bill was married to Jane Ellen Engelke on January 28, 1956. Jane preceeded Bill in death by only 16 days. Bill enjoyed his family, fishing, NFL, music, collecting coins, and trips to Estes Park, CO. Bill is survived by son William "Bill" J Jungbauer Jr. St. Paul, MN; daughter Katherine "Kate" M. Powell, Colorado Springs, CO; son Theodore "Ted" J. Jungbauer, Springfield, SD Grandchildren: William J. Jungbauer III and Adam Jungbauer, Megan and Jarad Pence, Jacob Rigg, and Marie and Brad Matthews. Great Grandchildren: William J Jungbauer IV, Jacqueline and Jocelyn Jungbauer, Leila Pence, and Emmeline Matthews. He was preceded in death by grandson, Andrew Michael Julseth and all of his siblings with the exception of his sister Patty. Per Bill’s wishes his remains were cremated. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at a later date.
