A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Fossil Trace Golf Course, 3050 Illinois Street, Golden Colorado 80401. At the family's request, please wear casual attire.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you make a donation to The Alzheimer’s Association or Donor Alliance in Susie’s name.
