Richard worked for the SouthWestern Bell Telephone Company and AT&T, retiring after 30 years. His hobbies included music, reading and anything to do with animals. He enjoyed photography and art; especially the photography of Thomas Mangelsen.
Richard is survived by his wife, Deborah (Debi) Bauer; brother Gene Bauer and sister Shirley Burns.
Richard was preceded in death by; sister Mildred Wanja.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Center For Spiritual Living, 5075 Flintridge Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918, (719) 596-6894 on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM
