Merle was smart, curious, artistic, observant, funny and beautiful. She loved to read and to talk politics. She was an amazing knitter. She loved flowers and plants. She had a very successful career in real estate and contract administration. In her later years she was the president of her condo board. She had a deep faith in God which brought her much comfort.
She was a fantastic grandmother. She is survived by seven grandchildren and adored them all. Miriam Zisook, Aaron Zisook (Amy), Ria Shevchuk-Hill (Seri), Ben Zisook (Sophia), Joe Hill (Maia), Pearl Zisook and Isabella Zisook. She is also survived by her children, Albert Zisook (Shanshan), Ruth Hill (Karen) and Nitza Zisook. She is also survived by her brothers, Jerry Baer (Elaine), Burt Fainman (Marion) and several beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
