Kay Kilpatric Hankins passed away peacefully in Castle Rock, CO on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. She was born in Willow Springs, MO to Ross and Celia Kilpatric on June 22, 1930.
Kay attended school in Missouri where she received her degree in education at the University of Missouri. During college she met her sweetheart, Robert "Hank" Hankins, they then married August 4, 1955.
From that marriage Kay and Hank had two sons, Rob and Tim. After having her two sons, she decided to stay a home where she was a wonderful mother and wife to Hank and her boys.
In 1990 she was blessed with her first granddaughter, Lindsey and 5 years later, her second granddaughter, Taylor, both from her son, Tim.
