Activities and hobbies enjoyed: Skiing, hiking, hunting (Elk and Antelope), cars, and most of all Reading. He enjoyed being on the Pikes Peak Ski Patrol and his stint in the Navy serving proudly on the U.S.S. Hornet. While in the Navy he performed communication repair and earned the Vietnam Service and Good Conduct medals.
Jim was gently and painlessly taken in the arms of angels after a short battle with Parkinsons.
