To have known you was an absolute honor Howard. The Battlin ' Betties were in absolute awe to get to spend a few special moments with you hearing your stories and of course getting a signed copy of you  in Veterans Life magazine . Your smile could warm any cold heart, your big sense of humor kept us grinning ear to ear and the joy you spread to everyone you met is just a small glimpse of who you were.  I hope you're dancing up their in heaven with your beautiful bride.  We sure will miss you Howard, you were a true American hero! RIP
