Helene E Peterson

Helene Elizabeth Peterson 84, of Bismarck North Dakota, Denver and Phoenix. passed on June 2, 2018 surrounded by family. Lifelong lover of anything active physically or mentally, favorites included golf, tennis, swimming, learning, volunteering, sight-seeing and making friends with anyone that crossed her path. Her spirit, smile and sense of humor will be missed by all.

Helene is survived by her children: Roy (Denise) Peterson, Rita (Matt) Dillon, Jim Peterson, Susan (Greg) Jones, Danny (Shelley) Peterson and Kathleen Peterson; her grandchildren: Jimmy Peterson, Annie Graham, Jason Lucero, Christina Lucero; five great-grandchildren; her sister Estelle Shirley and her sister-in-law Bev Kennelly.

She is preceded by brother Breen Kennelly, sister Royann Kennelly and grandson Brian Lucero.

A Rosary will be held Monday June 11, 2018 at 7:00 PM and a Funeral Mass will on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 10:00 am both at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 12735 W. 58th Ave., Arvada, CO 80002. The mass will be followed by a luncheon at the church and interment at Evergreen Cemetery. All are welcome to attend.
