Gary Ray Conquest , 69, died peacefully 5/20/2018, at his home in Colorado Springs He was born and raised around the Los Angeles, CA area. He served 1 1/2 years in Vietnam, moved to Arizona where he was foreman of an Arabian Horse ranch. He moved to Colorado Springs where he worked in the mortuary services industry, then was an OTR (over-the-road) trucker before he drove truck for various local construction companies. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, 3 children Michelle Conquest, Sherry McMinn, and Natasha Kallir, all from the Seattle WA area, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Ardys Moore, aunt, and 2 cousins from Huntington Beach CA also survive.
Funeral Service will be at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Colorado Springs, on June 9. Rosary starts at 9:15 am, followed by Mass @ 10 am, followed by a reception in the parish hall. Interment will be privately held in October in the Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
