Bill was a very nice person who always had time to share part of his day if you caught him out in his garage. Bill was intelligent and had strong opinions about life in his neighborhood. He enjoyed life here and my husband and I felt very lucky to have such a nice neighbor and friend. He was always agreeable to sharing anything he had with us without expecting anything in return. Bill always managed to organize, maintain high level of cleanliness of all his many possessions. He had history of many talents including building, including a beautiful grandfather clock, mechanics with a garage full of tools he knew how to use, fishing, hunting. And he was a loving partner to Pat. He will be missed.
