

He was born on December 19, 1986 New Brunswick , NJ where he was a lifelong resident for 32 years before moving to Kissimmee Florida 2 years ago. He graduated from East Brunswick, NJ in 2005.
He worked as a Barista at Four Seasons Resort Lickity Split Cafe in Orlando, FL. He was actively involved in NY/NJ Transplant Olympics for several years and the National Kidney Foundation.
He was survived by his wife of 2 months Jessica Grennen-Pearson and their dog Lucy, and Daisy, Parents Wayne and Fran Pearson of Davenport, Florida, a sister Tracy Pearson of Palm Bay FL, Brother Jon and Nicole Pearson and family in South Hampton, NJ, sister Candace Macko of St Louis Mo and brother Noah Gonzalez in Lakewood NJ plus all his aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends.
Tom was a huge foodie and a self-taught chef and mixologist. Always a diehard fan for his teams The Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh Penguins and of course his Michigan Wolverines, he always had a game on to cheer and yell at. He loved to travel with his wife whom he shared his love for Disney. Tom was a light to everyone he met in his own unique way and always knew how to put a smile on someone's face.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at St Peter’s Episcopal Church in Spotswood, NJ on Saturday December 18, 10:30am. Masks are required to enter church and seating is limited
