

He was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force having served 21 years. He served a tour in Vietnam in 1968 during the Tet Offensive. He retired from Amphenol Corp. 1991, after 14 years in management. In January 1994 Ron and his wife, Kathy moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He worked for Constar International and in 1996 was transferred to Orlando, FL. He retired from Constar in 2006 and in 2007 they started spending the summer months in New York State.
Ron was an avid golfer and liked watching the PGA on tv. He also liked to bowl, watch NCAA football, basketball and the March Madness tournament, and NFL games. He even changed his football team to become a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, pleasing his wife.
He was predeceased by his parents, his son Greg Raymond, his daughter Terri Raymond-Scott, and his brother and sister-in-law James and Janet Raymond.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Kathleen of Orlando. His son and daughter-in-law Michael and Mary of South Padra Island, TX. Daughter and her fiancé Traci Lynn and Art of Sidney, NY. Granddaughters Rachael (Jon) VanZile, Endicott, NY Kelsey (Brandon) Iffert, Syracuse, NY. Grandsons Lucas Raymond Walton, NY Logan Raymond South Padra Island, TX. Great Grandchildren Madilyn, Allison VanZile and Holly, Hudson Iffert. Sister and brother-in-law Beverly and William Guest of Oneonta, NY. Mother-in-law Glenon Trebilcock, sister-in-law Sharon (Matt) Hayes, brother-in-law Jim (Nancy) Crawford, brother-in-law Steven Crawford, sister-in-law Sue Crawford, several nieces, nephews, and a special cousin Marilyn Annechiarrico.

The family would like to thank the Drs, nurses, therapists, and aids at the Lake Nona VA Oak Tree Village and Sunrise Village for the care and compassion they showed Ron throughout his stay.
For those who wish, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
In keeping Ron’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be at a later date.
