

Ronald Douglas Eddo of Altamonte Springs, FL passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 73. He was born on September 12, 1949 in Buffalo, NY. He grew up in Delmar, NY Where he attended primary and middle schools and graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in 1967. He graduated from Boston University in 1971 with a BA in acting.
Ron worked in a number of sales positions; hearing aids, water purification systems and cable services to name a few. Music and philosophy however were the two fields of study Ron was truly passionate about. Whether on guitar or keyboards, Ron devoted much of his life to playing, composing and recording music for his own enjoyment and to the delight of his family and friends. He also loved teaching music theory and sharing the innovative instrumental techniques he so joyfully had discovered. Ron was a staunch advocate for and defender of Laissez-faire Capitalism as defined by author and philosopher, Ayn Rand. Ron loved the ideas on which the United States was founded and frequently handed out booklet copies of the US Constitution to complete strangers if they expressed an interest in those ideas.
He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Anthony Eddo and his mother Jennie Ann Eddo.
Ron is survived by his older brother Daniel Bruce Eddo and younger brother Lawrence Robert Eddo
The family would like to thank Ken & Roxanne Koller for the care and compassion they showed Ron in his final days and for the assistance provided since Ron’s passing. The family would also like to thank Kim and Dennis Juniper and Linda and Vinell McWilliams for their support. They were very close friends of Ron’s.
Interment to follow at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery 5525 US HWY 1 Mims, FL 32754.
Ron’s musical talents, thoughtful conversations, wry sense of humor and desire to help any family member in need were just a few of his gifts. He is deeply missed and will be fondly remembered.
