Nan Allison Kostura

She lived in Fort Walton Beach, Florida while raising her two children and later moved to Lakewood Ranch with her husband in 1998 once her children had grown and had settled in Central Florida. She was actively involved in church ministry of all kinds ranging from being a Sunday school teacher, to a nursery worker, to a worship service greeter at Cinco Baptist Church in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Lakewood Ranch Baptist Church in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and Grace Community Church, in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. She also served in the community in Fort Walton Beach ministering to neighbors through programs such as Meals on Wheels, while also taking care of her Mother and Aunt who were instrumental in raising her as a child. Nan modeled a life of service to everyone she encountered.

She was preceded in death by her husband David Kostura who passed away in 2015.

She is survived by her two adult children Erin Walters and Joseph Kostura. Erin is married to Steve Walters and has 2 children Brooke and Chase, and Joseph has 2 children Christina and Austin.

The family would like to thank Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, Florida and Vitas Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.
