Though her time with us ended far too soon, the love she shared will remain with us forever. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her. Her greatest joy in life was her family, and her close friends, and she gave of herself freely, always putting others before herself.

Mary Lou had a beautiful smile, a compassionate heart, and a gift for making people feel welcomed and loved. Whether through her words, her laughter, or her quiet ways she cared for those around her and she left an unforgettable mark on countless lives.

Mary Lou is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Ron, who she shared a beautiful life with for 57 years. Anyone who had the pleasure of being in their company knew they were witnessing a love like no other. Mary Lou is also survived by her loving daughters, Kimberly and Kristen; a grandson she adored, Matthew; and a special granddaughter, Samantha. She also leaves behind a brother, John Paglia, and several nieces and nephews that she shared a very special connection with.

While we struggle to understand why she was taken from us so suddenly, we find comfort in knowing her faith, her love, and the countless memories she created will continue to guide us. We will miss her every day, but we carry her with us in our hearts until we meet again.

A Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, at St Ann Catholic Church in Haines City, followed by a Celebration of Life Luncheon at the Palms in Solivita.

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to the scholarship fund at the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Laurelton Hall, in Milford, CT, where Mary Lou was a proud graduate, or that you honor her memory by showing kindness to someone in need - just as she did throughout her life.
