Kenneth Charles Kent

Kenneth Charles Kent, 89, of Haines City, Florida, went to be with the Lord peacefully with his family by his side, on September 19th, 2023. Ken was born on September 13, 1934 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Gerald and Alice Kent. He was a 32nd degree Free Mason, member of the American Legion, Winter Haven, and a previous member of the Shriners and Scotttish Rite. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lake Alfred, FL. Ken was always up for an adventure. He loved to travel, especially to Cocoa Beach with his beloved wife.

He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the in the Korean War as a Air Traffic Control Radar Repairman.

Ken is survived by his loving wife, Mary Belle, son, Ken (Jennifer) Kent, and stepsons Don (Belinda) Crouse, Scott (Tammy) Crouse, Jeff (Renay) Crouse , and Tony (Tawana) Crouse. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Winnale and husband Norman; and four nieces.

He is predeceased by his parents, Gerald and Alice Kent and sister, Mary Kent.

A celebration of life for Ken will be held at a later date.
