Eleanor June Dohl
March 6, 1935 – October 6, 2023
Eleanor June Dohl of Lakeland, FL passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the age of 88. She was born on March 6, 1935 in New Brunswick, NJ and she grew up in Milltown and East Brunswick, NJ.
She worked as secretary at Rutgers University before moving to Florida.
Eleanor is preceded in death by their husband, Gerald Dohl, and parents, Clifford and Albertine Vader.
She is survived by her sister Doris Peckham, son Jim Savage, step-daughter Angela Dohl & her husband Raymond Zipf, step-son Ronald Dohl & his wife Kerry, 9 grandsons, two great-granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Cornerstone Hospice and Grace Manor Suites for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick, NJ on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:30 am.
