Constance Jeane Biscoe

Lakeland – Constance J Biscoe, age 80, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2023. She was born April 13, 1943, in Youngstown, OH, to John and Betty Garrard. Connie was a graduate of Boone High School in Orlando, FL, top of her class. She married Pat Biscoe, July 12, 1964.

Connie had a wonderful career with Southern Bell starting as a switchboard operator, working her way up to engineer while raising her family, then retiring in the early 90’s. She was a sweet, gentle lady who loved to read, travel, go antiquing and spend time with family.

Connie is survived by her daughters Heather Updike and Stacy Bumsted, sisters Diane Clute and Suzanne Garrard, brothers Jeffery Garrard and John Garrard, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Connie was loved by family and friends. She will truly be missed.
