Charles (Chuck) Dykstra was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, September 26, 1931 and passed peacefully on 2/1/2022 in Brevard County, FL. Chuck met the love of his life, Marian Gerber Dykstra, while attending High School in Reed City Michigan. After graduating from college, Chuck and Marian were married and Chuck attended medical school at the University of Michigan. They moved to Tampa, Florida and settled eventually in Clearwater, Fl., establishing an ENT medical practice in Clearwater. Chuck was very athletic, enjoyed running many 5 and 10k races in the Tampa Bay Area. Chuck and Marian had 2 children, Thomas S. Dykstra and Sally K. Dykstra. Funeral service will be at the First United Methodist Church of Clearwater , FL on 4/7/2022 at 11:00 am.
