Carol Ann Cunningham

Carol Cunningham of Auburndale, Florida passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 85. She was born on August 5, 1939 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio and she grew up Navarre, Ohio. Carol graduated from Navarre High School and Kent State University. She worked as an elementary teacher in Canton City Schools for 34 years. Most of those years teaching First Grade. Carol was actively involved in FUMC of Auburndale. Through the years she volunteered for many groups and could be counted on to help her friends when needed.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father.

Carol is survived by her sister, Norma (David) Duff, brothers, Tom (Pat) Cunningham and Alan (Joyce) Cunningham and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank James, the ER nurse at LRH and the ER doctor for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.

Per Carol’s request, there will be no services.
