Shirley J Baum

Las Cruces-SHIRLEY JEAN (GOODWIN) BAUM age 91 of Las Cruces NM passed away peacefully at her care facility Wednesday October 17th 2023. Shirley was born May 12, 1932 in Canton Ohio to the late Marjorie (Zuber) and Russell Goodwin. Mrs. Baum was a secretary at the university of Kansas, New Orleans and also Iowa State. Shirley was a Grand Organist/Pianist with Easter Star of Iowa and also a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Las Cruces NM.

Shirley was proceeded in death by her husband Dale Baum and her sister Dorothy (Goodwin) Mitchell. Shirley is survived by two sons; Bruce, married to Rebecca Baum and Brian, married to Tina Baum and four grandchildren Hope Baum, Faith Baum, Morgan Baum and Megan Baum.
