Rochelle was a proud graduate of Rio Grande High School where she participated in swimming, flag team, theatre, and orchestra. She also graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico in Criminology and was working towards her master’s degree. Her love of community extended beyond humans to the fur babies she worked with every day.
