Lydia Rose Feliciano-Vigil, beloved wife, mother, nana and sister, of Albuquerque, NM, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Leaving a void her family cannot fill.
She was born in Oakland, CA on September 13, 1954. Rose graduated from Albuquerque High School before studying cosmetology and opening her own beauty shop at Manor Care Nursing Home. Where she took pride in bringing joy to the residents and making them feel special. On her free time, she enjoyed her crafts. She loved to crochet and made her granddaughters "bling" rodeo shirts that turned heads at every event. She was generous with her creations and would always send home visitors with one of her pieces.
Rose was preceded in death by mother Jessie Feliciano and sisters Chyrel Sotelo and Cynthia Brisbois, and is survived by husband LeeRoy, daughter Amber, son Sean, granddaughters Ashlynn and Bianca, grandsons Jayden, Logan and Jackson, sisters Linda and Danni and several nieces, nephews, and other friends and family who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
Rose was strong in her faith and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all her heart.
Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. John 11:25-26
At the request of Rose, there will be no services. We ask that everyone take a moment and remember all the fond memories we shared with her.
Our hearts break and it will be difficult to go through life without you mom, but like you always tell us when we don't know what to do, we will somehow, "figure it out".
